As an artist, Simone helps the organizations she works with, by painting murals on Sea Shepherd ships, like the John Paul DeJoria and designing things like charts for Sea Shepherd France to raise money for sanctuaries in Brittany that look after hurt wild animals. In the future, she plans to follow Paul Watson and Lamya Essemlali of Sea Shepherd France in their ongoing fight to protect the oceans.
